Information stored on your device
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, the site writes one value—elvarnex-age-confirmed=yes—to browser session storage. Session storage normally disappears when the relevant browser session ends. It is used only to avoid repeating the gate on every page during that session.
No analytics or advertising cookies
This edition does not include analytics, behavioural advertising, social-media pixels, third-party ad networks or an account system. Elvarnex does not set marketing cookies.
Contact
The contact form runs in your browser and opens your email application using a mailto: link. The website does not submit or store the form. If you choose to send the email, your email provider and ours process the message under their own systems and policies. We use correspondence to respond, maintain newsroom records, protect legal rights and improve reporting. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may create technical logs containing an IP address, request time, requested file, response status and browser information. These logs may be needed for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Hosting configuration should limit retention to what is reasonably required for those purposes.
External links
Links to regulators, companies and support organizations lead to independent websites. Their privacy practices are outside Elvarnex control. A link is a source reference, not permission for cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can end the session to clear the age-confirmation value, disable browser storage, avoid using the email link or contact us directly. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@elvarnex.com.
Changes
We will revise this notice before introducing any materially different data practice and change the effective date shown above.
